And in 2010 brought The Gyrotonic Expansion System(R) and Gyrokinesis(R) method to The Hague. Our beautiful studios have a peaceful and friendly sphere in which to experience Essential, Intermediate and Advanced sessions on genuine, state-of-the-art, pilates large apparatus and floor. We have 3 fully-qualified instructors and a physiotherapist, plus others studying and training for exams. * Our studios are not for hire but we always welcome new instructors with skills and qualifications.*
