Kabor is specialised in manufacturing products made of foil, foam and non-woven for the healthcare industry. Kabor manufactures custom-made covers for equipment in the operating theatre to enable it to be used under sterile conditions. Important steps in the manufacturing-process are cutting of the foil, which is used as the basic material, followed by either sealing or sewing to shape the product. The final step in the process is the folding of the covers. This must be performed in such a way that the cover can be adjusted to the equipment in the correct way, so that sterility can be guaranteed after mounting. The folding-pattern is developed in close operation with the client.
